Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your T-shirt to request a return or a size exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your T-shirt must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors (such as perfume or smoke), with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@balongn.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Size Exchanges
We understand that choosing the right size can be tricky. If your T-shirt doesn't fit perfectly, we are happy to exchange it for a different size. Please ensure the item meets our return eligibility criteria above before sending it back.

Shipping Costs
- For Change-of-Mind or Size Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For Damaged or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake (sent the wrong size, wrong design, or the shirt is defective), we will cover all shipping costs to make it right.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned T-shirt, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
