Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order or checking out on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms outlined below.
All graphic apparel items sold on this website are made-to-order and custom-printed based on the size, color, and design preferences selected by the customer during the ordering process.
Actual product colors and print placements may vary slightly (approximately 5%–10%) due to photography lighting conditions, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing processes, and differences in screen displays. However, we guarantee that the overall design and style match the product photos as closely as possible.
Because all products are custom-printed upon receiving your order, Kindred Threads maintains a clear return and refund policy to ensure fairness for custom manufacturing.
We reserve the right to decline return, refund, or exchange requests in cases including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection provided by the customer (please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing).
- Incorrect design, color, or style selection made by the customer during checkout.
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse after the order has entered production.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper care or usage by the customer.
We will take full responsibility and provide a 100% free replacement or full refund if the issue is caused by our manufacturing or printing error, including:
- Incorrect design or shirt size sent compared to the confirmed order invoice.
- Items arriving with printing defects, stains, tears, or severe shipping damage upon delivery.
To qualify for support, customers must contact us within 30 days of package delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or issue alongside the shipping label.
Since all apparel items are custom-printed made-to-order, production typically requires 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days for domestic US orders and 7–15 business days for international destinations. Kindred Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs holds, or extreme weather conditions.
